Biography:
He graduated at Special school for ceramics in Znojmo(1912-1915) and Academy of Fine Arts in Prague (1920-1925).
During his study in Znojmo he already realized his first exhibition (lights and paving stones). He completed his education at academies in Wien, Berlin and Prague. Pafka was a member of Association of Visual Artists of South-west Moravia.
Work:
Pafka was concerned with painting combined technique with typical garnish.
His graphic works and paintings are embadded in South Moravian Musuem in Znojmo.
Creator of graffiti at some buildings in Znojmo (Horní náměstí 22, Kovářská 5 etc.).
Also Archepiscopal palace in Prague is decorated by Pafka´s allegorical scenes and graffiti "Oplakávání" (Mourning) and the Episcopal palace in Brno is decorated by "Poslední soud" (Day of Reckoning). He also created drafts for coloured vitrages for the Saint Prokop´s church in Únanov.
